Pam Ingold Administrator, ARCH Hillside

Pam is the highly focused Administrator of our team at Hillside. She has worked in healthcare for over 35 years in a variety of settings including home care and skilled nursing facilities. Pam started her healthcare career as a nursing assistant at Hillside. In addition to being licensed as an Administrator, Pam is also a Registered Nurse. She has an extensive background as a Director of Nursing, Administrator and was a Regional Clinical Director/Consultant.

Pam is an animal lover and is building a new home in Plano to share with her cat and 3 dogs. She has 2 grown children and has lived in the Plano and Sandwich area all of her life. She enjoys traveling, shopping, running and spending time with her family.

Angel Ness Assistant Administrator, ARCH Hillside

Angel has 14 years of experience in healthcare as CNA, Social Services, and Marketing/Admissions. She now works as Hillside’s Assistant Administrator. “Our mission is to provide quality care and nothing less. We strive to provide the same care for our guests/residents as we would want for our loved ones.”

Angel enjoys spending time with her family and taking any opportunity to visit somewhere she’s never been. She desires to travel and will try anything once.
